WWX17 Blueprint Steward
Dr. Terrilyn Gray Dogbe is a transformative educator and grief-informed researcher whose work equips communities to build justice-rooted systems of care. As Director of Global Research & Educational Transmission for The WayWesX17 Homeless Project, she leads the movement’s efforts to translate data into dignity—designing research frameworks and educational tools that honor lived experience and activate systemic change.
Holding a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Dogbe brings both academic rigor and relational care to every layer of WWX17’s transmission. Her leadership is guided by a set of movement-aligned principles—Commitment, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Flexibility, Integrity, Ethics, Organization, Persistence, and Teamwork—which she calls her Keys to Transmission. These values shape her approach to curriculum design, partner education, and legacy stewardship.
Dr. Dogbe’s work ensures that WWX17’s Blueprint—Justice, Love, and Legacy—is not only taught but lived. She builds systems that remember, frameworks that equip, and educational pathways that empower underserved communities to rise with clarity and purpose.
Her role is global, but her impact is deeply personal. She is a steward of memory, a transmitter of equity, and a builder of educational systems that carry the movement forward.
